THE PROGRAM

 

Team Building is a three month program for companies, units, divisions or sports franchises that want to increase group cohesion, enhance group collaboration and reach new heights of success. Over the course of the program, Dr. Sherrow will work closely with key members, while regularly observing and analyzing the group's behavior to determine its niche, its strengths, and its weaknesses. Using an evolutionary framework for group bonding, Dr. Sherrow will help members of your organization recognize and rely on each other as allies, and to learn that their interests and those of the team are one in the same.
